My name is Serge Augustin. I'm a licensed independent life insurance agent — Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license G231352 (NPN 21565385), and I'm also licensed in Texas, Ohio, and Washington. I earned my health insurance license in April 2025 and my life insurance license in December 2025, and final expense is all I focus on.
Before life insurance, I spent my days helping seniors with their health coverage — Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement plans. I've helped more than 400 seniors understand their options and choose what fit them. When I earned my life insurance license, I started closest to home: helping my own family get whole life and final expense protection in place — the kind people call cremation insurance or burial insurance. Now I bring that same care to Florida families.
"Independent" means I don't work for one insurance company. I work with five carriers — Gerber, Transamerica, Royal Neighbors, Guaranteed Trust Life, and Foresters — so I can compare options and recommend what fits you, not what fits a sales quota.
